Update FAQ’s:
Q: Am I still representing American National?
A: Yes I still have a partnership with American National. No farm, commercial, auto, boat, or any other policy other than homeowners and rental are currently affected.
Q: Why the change?
A: Given decisions of American National and the challenges of the current market, I decided it was best to go towards an independent market to supply ALL my clients with current and future needs.
Q: Who is TWFG and why partner with them?
A: TWFG is short for The Woodlands Financial Group out of The Woodlands Texas. TWFG is a top 10 independent agency in the country that houses well over a billion in premiums. Strangely enough TWFG was founded by a former American National agent out of a similar situation 25 years ago and he was instrumental in getting us setup on a short time frame that American National placed us in as well as ALL of our clients. I was recruited by TWFG and the culture, infrastructure, and level of commitment not to their company but the clients being affected made my decision for me. I couldn’t be happier and more confident in this move and you should be as well.
Q: Do I need to make any changes or do anything with my current policies?
A: No you do not need to make any changes or do anything regarding your portfolio with us. If there is ANYTHING that needs to be addressed, my office will be in touch with you prior to your renewal date. We are looking at every portfolio at an in depth detail and finding the best value that fits each and every client.
Q: What companies do we have options of moving to past American National?
A: National General, Progressive, American Modern, Sage Sure, Foremost, and many more. We will have more options that are coming in the near future as well.
Q: Will I have to have a mandated 2-5% hurricane / named storm deductible?
A: The answer depends on the area you reside. North and Central LA predominantly doesn’t have that requirement with these companies currently. We are still able to offer a 1% to majority of our clients.
Q: What is our plan for the future?
A: We will be your answer for ALL of your insurance needs now and in the future and that will not waiver.
