1900 Cottage Rehab - Ep #3 hot off the press!

After getting the tub all framed out, we install the tub, but not before using some self leveling to fix up the uneven floor. We also frame some other areas of the house and get drywall up. Video link in the comments

The new cottage rehab is coming along great. We continuing removing the old, and start working on some of the new. We also find some interesting framing behind the tub surround and have to rebuild it completely. Video link in the comments

Battling lots of rain when its warm, and rock hard frozen soil when it's not raining - the boulder retaining walls for the driveway finally get finished. To test out the functionality / width of the driveway - I attempt to back my trailer up it. Check out the video to see if I was successful.

Oakdale Farmhouse Rehab Ep #11 - Building the new boulder retaining walls!

Long overdue! Sorry guys - it's been rainy, freezing, and the GoPro batteries do not like cold weather.
In this episode, I finish digging the driveway out and start rebuilding boulder retaining walls. In parallel - we have the architect working on site/building plans and hope to have permits in order to start construction here soon on the house.

Oakdale Farmhouse Rehab Ep #10:
I'm starting to make some good progress dismantling a section of the existing boulder wall (don't worry we'll fix it ;D) and excavating the area for the new driveway. I find the backyard is filled with a ton of massive boulders.. which could prove challenging when I start digging holes later the privacy fence.

Oakdale Farmhouse Rehab Ep #9: Can we take on stumpzilla without crushing the house?

We continue working on the landscaping, removing the dozen or so large dead trees from the hillside that were cut down a few weeks back. We also take on stumpzilla - a massive, 3 tree stump sitting precariously next to our property and the neighbors. Link in the comments

Oakdale Farmhouse Rehab - Episode 7
