What I appreciate most is that they never make me feel rushed into making a decision. They truly take the time to explore all the loan options available for my specific goals, educate me on the pros and cons, and make sure I fully understand everything so I can confidently choose what works best for me.

They are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer questions, no matter how many I have! They also did an amazing job timing my rate lock perfectly and making sure everything was explained upfront, so there were no surprises along the way.
