I have to admit…I’m super proud of this continued achievement! Four years being at Total Mortgage and four years in a row I’ve received the highest customers’ satisfaction ranking within my company.
To me, where I rank production-wise within my company doesn’t mean very much (nor does anyone else give a crap either..😁). I’m WAY more satisfied knowing my customers sincerely appreciate the extra effort I put in to make their mortgage process as smooth as possible. Earning this honor four years in a row proves to me that what I’m doing is definitely working and all my painstaking efforts do not go unnoticed. A very special thanks to my wife/work partner Bridget Breed, my processor Carl MacMath, my underwriter Stacy Burnham, and my loan closer Colleen Nolan. They are all truly THE BEST in the business. Without their help there’s no possible way I could have achieved this honor this year or previous years. And of course I’m NOTHING without my amazing referral partners.
