Happy Friday everyone. It's been a rough week for the financial markets, which has translated into some of the lowest rates in over 5 months. If you're on the fence, now it the time. I know buyers purchased at rates in the high 7's and into the 8% range, a refinance could save quite a bit of money.

Also, for those looking to purchase, our grant program is available to use starting April 15th. You have to be a first-time homebuyer along with some other qualifications, and I am around 24/7 to answer any questions on that program you may have. The grant is for up to 20k, and can be used for downpayment, closing costs or even to buy down a rate.
