We are currently looking for a CSR here at our West Frankfort office. It would be for a full time 40 hours a week Monday-Friday position.
We are a growing independent insurance agency that has been in business since 1939. We specialize in personal and commercial lines, committed to exceptional client service and local community support.
We're seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused CSR to join our team. The CSR will be the primary point of contact for policyholders, assisting with billing inquiries, general customer support and general office duties.
Qualifications
Prior office experience is preferred, but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
Professional demeanor, strong problem-solving skills.
