Wonderful benefit to add to you offering. Providing access to these wonderful benefits does NOT mean employers have to pay 100% of cost. ACCESS is what many of your employees do not have on their own!

Shockingly, many employees spend more in out of pocket expense for Dental than they do for medical. Companies need to offer this benefit and many employees are more than willing to share in the cost. One of the many benefits employers should be offering!
