I was honored to give a training this evening on how to create a trust fund baby. Or how to create generational wealth for yourself and especially future generations. Compound interest is so powerful and so simple. Even if you are already old 😳, you can put this in place for children or grandchildren.

Tonight was a great training at our LA office. It was great for many reasons. First, the topic was about helping families with retirement funds that provide lifetime income and market volatility. It was also great because it was our newest Company Certified Trainer presenting the content. And it was especially great for me in that several years ago I introduced my friend to this industry and now he is a seasoned agent who teaches others. Congratulations to Brad Glassman for so many accomplishments. I am very proud of how far he has come and excited for what he will accomplish in the years to come.

I want to give a big shout out to James Schwartz. He is now in the Million Dollar club. Not in sales… but personal income. Although the income is phenomenal… it represents the countless families he has helped and the many team members whose lives he’s changed. I have seen constant growth in his organization also represented by the multiple times he’s been promoted in the last year.

This is an amazing industry and I are so fortunate to be a part of it. As I climb the mountain with friends like Brad Glassman - I look forward to also helping others reach business and income levels never before realized.

I will continue to emulate the amazing leaders I’ve had in my life like James, Traci Gagnon, Tom Truong & Song Yang

Why would we even long to see what it's like outside our comfort zones if adventure didn't make us feel more alive?

How can we be "homesick" for intimacy and deeper connection with family and friends if we have no home?

How is it that the stuff we accumulate has a diminishing return on meaning if we were not created to enrich others? Why would we be given unique gifts and talents if they were not to be used to solve problems that matter? Why do we long for life if we were not meant to live it abundantly?

Blessed, and now armed!

Since leaving the real estate world a couple of years ago, I have truly enjoyed this next chapter.

Financial Services is an amazing career. And just to know how many families I have helped protect and prepare for their future is satisfying in itself. And to be surrounded by team members and leaders who cheer you on and give unwaivering support just makes the experience so much more phenomenal.

James Schwartz is one such leader. I recently crossed another milestone of achievement and income in the business and he presented me with this savage Battle Axe! Thank you to all the leaders and brokers in the Plano office for welcoming this transplant.

2023 has been awesome but it’s not over yet. Let’s continue to slay December and go into 2024 with fierce momentum.
