David Livoy: Allstate Insurance In 2011, I became an agency owner. I’ve lived in West Chester and the surrounding area since 1990. I’m proud to be a small-business owner here.

Our team enjoys working with customers to make the complexity of insurance easier and we take great pride in providing outstanding customer service specific to each family’s needs. In addition to assisting you with your auto, home or life insurance, we can also help you choose coverage for recreational vehicles, boats and off-road vehicles that create fun for families.
I’ve been an Allstate representative since 2009. West Chester is family-oriented and has a great sense of community. My agency enjoys supporting Marine Toys for Tots. We also work closely with the West Chester University career development department offering internships.
My wife and I have two grown children who are both married. We have three beautiful grandchildren who are our pride and joy. I'm a big Philadelphia sports fan and enjoy West Chester University theater and dance. In my free time, I enjoy kayaking in Marsh Creek State Park, going to classic car shows and spending time with my family.
