These bathrooms had already been updated prior to our clients purchasing the home — but it didn’t take long for problems to surface.
Once we opened everything up, we uncovered widespread water damage, rotted subflooring, strong odor, and improper installation throughout — including no waterproofing behind the tile.
We took everything down to the structure, corrected the underlying issues, added a recessed walk-in shower, and rebuilt all three bathrooms the way they should have been done from the start — properly waterproofed, structurally sound, and built to last.
Now they have what they thought they were buying in the first place.
