Bill O’Connor was a Senior Vice President heading up the Capital Markets and Investment Properties division for CBRE in the Southfield Office. He has been specializing in the sales and dispositions of income property and le

ased assets since 1992. Since the start of his career, he has successfully closed on over $1Billion in assets and over 250+ separate transactions. Additionally, he has performed 1,150+ separate property evaluations on behalf of his clients. In 2010 Bill was the #1 IP (Investment Property) sales broker as well as the #2 PCG (Private Client Group) sales broker in the Southfield Office. Bill previously worked for Marcus & Millichap as a Vice President of Investments. During his time at Marcus & Millichap, Bill was named the #1 broker for the Midwest Region in both 2005 and 2006; additionally in 2005 he ranked within the top 20 Brokers within the entire company and received various awards within and outside of the Marcus & Millichap Company.

Team O’Connor of Southfield’s CBRE office has recently completed the sale of a mid-lease term single tenant net lease Medical Office Building. Our Marketing Platform was able to provide our client, the seller, a competitive environment in a challenging market. Team O’Connor’s marketing efforts produced multiple inquiries as well as ultimate investor interest. The competition created by our cadre of investors and outside brokers allowed us to drive price and a short time frame where this buyer, from Boynton Beach, FL, ultimately closed earlier than his due diligence expired.
