Tony Evers just signed Act 239, creating a program through Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority that helps working families buy newly built homes.
💡 How it works:
If you can almost afford a new home—but fall short—this program can step in with a gap loan to bridge the difference.
🔑 Key highlights:
• For new construction homes only
• Must be your primary residence
• Designed for middle-income “workforce” buyers
• Funded with $10M to start

👉 Bottom line: This could make owning a brand-new home possible for more Wisconsin families.
