Condo Flip Finally closed❗️
Not so fun side of Real Estate…this flip sat for 3 monthes learning many lessons in the buying process when analyzing profits and potential deal breaker decisions for end buyers which were not taking into consideration.
However not only did we still walk away with over 20k on this one, I got to help a home owner move fast when she had a job relocation and didn’t know what to do from that point. The emotional Income we get from helping homeowners sell their properties and giving fair cash offers is what this is about.
