Bill Masino Agency Insurance Agency Bill is a twenty year resident of West Allis, Wisconsin. In their free time Bill and Kathleen enjoy singing in a Celtic band.

He lives with his wife Kathleen and their two Beagles, Angus (17yrs) and Angus's daughter Arwyn (14 yrs). Kathleen and the beagles also works part-time at The Masino Agency as the Customer Service Representative at their office at 8003 West Lincoln Ave, West Allis. Bill grew up in Madison, Wisconsin and is a former lieutenant who served in the Wisconsin Army National Guard. Kathleen grew up in a M

inneapolis, Minnesota suburb and is concurring her fight against Multiple Sclerosis. Bill is the lead singer for their band, 3 Pints Gone, and Kathleen sings harmonies. They have performed together since 1991. They can be heard at Celtic Festival, Scottish Highland Games, Renaissance Faires, Pubs and Concerts all over the United States. Bill is a member of The St. Andrew's Society, Clan Young, and Wisconsin Scottish, Inc. He just finished serving more than 10 years as Entertainment Director for the Wisconsin Scottish Highland Games that takes place every September at the Waukesha Expo. Each of these organizations strive in some way to preserve the traditional arts, crafts, culture, heritage and traditions of the British Isles through events, educational activities, competitions and concerts.
