🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of OAI — connecting with customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. You’ll work in a goal-driven environment with the training, tools, and support to help you succeed.
Your day-to-day will include:
Presenting and selling insurance products to new and existing customers
Maintaining and strengthening customer relationships
Meeting and exceeding sales targets
Resolving customer questions and concerns with professionalism
Collaborating with team members and leadership to meet shared goals🎯 What We’re Looking For
We’re hiring both experienced professionals and individuals ready to start their career journey. If you’re driven, positive, and eager to learn — we want to meet you!
✅ Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); BS/BA preferred
Proven experience in sales or customer service (a plus, but not required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and open to feedback
Ability to obtain a 2-40 Insurance License (we’ll guide you!)
Valid driver’s license
