Did you know you can still enroll in Obamacare (ACA) for a February 1st effective date?

⏰ January 15 is the LAST DAY to enroll!

✅ To qualify for ACA, you must have income, and eligibility depends on household size
✅ If your job offers insurance that is considered affordable, enrolling in ACA may result in a tax penalty
✅ You are required to file taxes every year if you receive ACA subsidies
✅ Individuals who qualify for Medicare should generally not be enrolled in Obamacare, as Medicare is considered qualifying coverage and ACA subsidies are not allowed once Medicare eligibility begins
