This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Their sacrifice is a powerful reminder that freedom is never free and that the blessings we enjoy each day are worth protecting.

I’m especially grateful for the faith, courage, and selflessness they lived out. “Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.”

In my work, I’m reminded daily how important it is to care for and protect the people we love. Today, we honor those who gave everything and we commit to living lives worthy of their sacrifice.
