Nothing beats the feeling of seeing first time homebuyers reach their goal that they've been working towards for 2+ years! It's INVESTMENT property closing day! Time to get the keys to building a future of financial net worth! These clients were so patient and waited for just the right opportunity to come together. They knew what they wanted, they had an agent that was determined to find it and we worked as a well oiled machine to make it all happen!

Funny story....as I was pulling this pic for the post I thought "well that place looks oddly familiar...." I started clicking through the photos and realized this exact condo unit is where my grandparents lived when I was little! And I learned to swim in that condo swimming pool :)
