You don’t often get to pick the people you work with, spend 40 hours a week with, share you lives with and so much more. As the owner of my own business, I DO get to control who I have around me. I have been beyond blessed in my career with the team God has given me. Not only do I have a loyal and dedicated team for my customers and I, we genuinely care about each other. Something so rare in today’s world and we get to feel it each day. Today my team took a moment to thank me. To let me know the culture and vision I have tried to create in my office has come true. So blessed with all I have and with who I have.

Have to give a special thanks to the Wellington Fire Protection District for their efforts yesterday. While fighting a grass fire north of Wellington a house fire started. With their effort and collaboration both were extinguished without any injuries. Damage to property is minimal compared to what it could have been. High winds at the time were allowing it to move fast.

The Wellington Manor was an amazing host and threw a heck of a party.
