Riccardi Boston is more than a storefront. It’s a Newbury Street staple and one of Boston’s top destinations for streetwear and high fashion.

When the store was looted and damaged in 2020, the loss went beyond broken doors and damaged walls. There was merchandise to account for, a brand to protect, and a business that needed to get back to the customers who know and love it.

SMW stepped in to help lead the claim process — documenting the damage, accounting for lost merchandise, and keeping the recovery moving forward. That support gave the Riccardi team the room to focus on reopening and getting back to what they do best.
