Finding your dream home today all starts with the photos.
but ...once I’ve visited or even lived in these picture-perfect homes, I can tell you that many of the features I loved in the listings just didn’t live up to the hype in real life.

Many design features look amazing in real estate listing photos, but homebuyer beware: They don't always function so great in real life.

When we did this kitchen in a condo, we came across this drain pipe constructed illegally going essentially to another unit. The licensed contractor said it had to be removed permanently and no way for the inspector to approve any hack job like that. Have you had experience how you addressed it with the neighbor hooked up to your kitchen sink?

This basement needed a lot of decluttering... Spacious walk-in closet it will be. Can't believe how much lighter it became after a coat of paint to these 60+ old walls and ceilings. Can you even see the farthest corner on 1st picture?
