Contract Mortgage Processor (Broker Channel)
Location: Texas
ProLending Mortgage is hiring a Contract Loan Processor with a proven track record in the broker channel to support our rapidly growing pipeline. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, owns the details, and communicates proactively with clients and partners.
✅ What You’ll Do
• Submit complete files to underwriting within 72 hours of receipt
• Achieve 5 or fewer borrower conditions on initial underwriting approvals
• Ensure files are Clear to Close 3+ days prior to closing
• Deliver final docs to title 48+ hours prior to closing
• Communicate clearly and consistently with clients and team members
• Manage expectations, solve problems early, and keep files moving with urgency
🔍 What We’re Looking For
• Texas-based processor (Houston preferred) who’s currently active in the wholesale channel
• Expert in Texas loan files, guidelines, and documentation
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• A driver personality – takes ownership, solves problems fast, and thrives independently
• Comfortable having conversations with borrowers and agents to manage expectations and timelines
📌 Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of recent loan processing experience (broker side)
• Must be processing Texas-based loans regularly
• Experience with multiple lenders and working across different portals
