Do any of our Webb City friends happen to recognize this guy? He was wandering around the intersection of 3rd Street and Roane. I knocked on doors but no one around there had seen him before. He has an orange collar. He followed me for about eight blocks before we came across a family with kids and one little girl thinks she might know who he belongs to, but she's not sure where he lives or the other little girl's name. He's a friendly guy who doesn't look very old. If you know him, please shoot me a message and I'll run by and let the family know.
