I do not like that certain individuals have brought the ugly of things into the public. I refuse to drag myself through it or engage in it publicly. What happens within a family should stay within a family and family dynamics can be very very complicated . Some in my family have chosen the low road. That's telling of them. This has been such a heart warming, happy and sad experience for me and should have remained so. I wanted to take some time off to rest before I decided anything concerning selling the recipes or consulting another restaurant on how to make them. But here we are.
I , Blair Nicole, am the legal owner of Hutch's. It means very little because there is no property to be sold, the equipment is essentially antique and breaking down and so many codes were grandfathered in that it would cost a bit to bring it up to date. The value lies in the recipe. It's knowledge lies within me and has for a very very long time. If you have interest in the recipes I am open to offers. Notice!!!! We will not be taking pre orders. For Friday and Saturday we are limiting orders to 12 breakfast and 12 fruit pies per order. Please be patient with us. We are trying to make things fair for everyone. And we are unable to keep up with larger orders. After working in the pie business for about 90% of my lifetime, I have decided to retire from the life of pie. This has not been an easy decision and one that I have struggled with for well over the last year. We will be open Tuesday 2/11-Saturday 2/15 and then I will close the doors one last time. We will be making only breakfast and fruit pies these last days and close when they are sold out. Thank you Weatherford for the support since 1935.
