This was a fun closing as I am good friends with Andy Hilley with Elevate Realty who helped the buyer's find their terrific home. Also, Nikki Hooper with Clarity Homes and Kelby Pope with Trinity Title of Texas. I received this contract on July 18th and we had him closed and funded on August 11 which was about a week sooner than the contact closing date. The favorite part of my job is working with amazing client's and having such professional counterparts who help the process go seamlessly.

It's great to work in somewhat of a small town because everyone seems like family. It was a pleasure to help a friends son purchase his first home! What we thought was going to be a difficult property ended up sailing without a hitch.
I had a blast working with Steve Berry with Keller Williams and Stefanie Derrick with Texas Title. This was one of those deals that didn't feel like work!

I had a wonderful closing with these awesome folks! I received this contract on the 19th of June and funded on July 9th which was a pretty quick closing. I had another great closing this week with some past client's that were awesome to work with. I also had the pleasure to work with Kylee Peterson with Empire Realty Group in Granbury who did an amazing job with finding the perfect home for these folks. Also, thank you Lori Ball at Stewart title for the great communication during the process. All in all.. this turned out to be a slam dunk!!
