I get so many friends suggesting I Like a certain page on Facebook. I am all in mostly but then the amount of pages may or may not be something they own or really back. I started doing my own research. My dear friend Sarah Litton Reagan started The Broth Bar Texas and I have spoken to her personally and know her desire and I gladly support her efforts for healthier living! If you are thinking interest rates are too high to purchase a home, you really need to dig in and see where they are now. As they lower, house prices will more than likely go up. Start the process now and take advantage of the market and the lowering rates! Rates will more than likely not get back into the 2-3% range anytime soon so take advantage of the current market now! Call me for rates and preapproval!
