The Federal Housing Agency (FHA) recently announced 2017 loan limit increases nationwide. Loan limits will increase as a result of a rise in local home values. FHA is increasing its original minimum loan amount from $271,050 to $275,665, starting in 2017. For homes located in high-cost counties, the limit will increase from $625,500 to $636,150.
