Rarely do I rant—but here goes—It infuriates me when Senior adults are convinced to change plans when an agent doesn’t know their situation—or mostly cuz they are trying to make a sale when it is not in the best interest of the Senior! If you know anyone who was convinced to change their Medicare plans during the Annual Enorllment Period (AEP) between Oct 15, 2023 and December 7, 2023. AND they are not happy with the change—Have them give me a call—I may be able to help them change back to what they had or evaluate to see if other options are possible.
