Ameristar Agency Inc. is a growing independent insurance agency looking to add a new member to our Client Services Team. We are seeking a career orientated Office Coordinator who has a great attitude and a desire to make a positive impact on our clients. The role of Office Coordinator requires someone who is well organized, has strong computer skills and possesses the ability to multi task, prioritize, and effectively communicate.

Duties include, but aren't limited to:

Answering phones and directing calls
Greeting clients who visit our office
Processing daily reports
Sorting & Distribution of Mail
Sales Support
Supply maintenance and ordering

Employment Type: Full Time
Hours: Monday- Friday; 8am-5pm
Compensation: $35,000-39,000 DOQ
Benefits package includes Health, 401K & Paid Vacation.
Must have office experience and enjoy working in a team environment. Previous insurance experience is not necessary but must be willing to learn industry specifics and software.
