67 miles. One amazing cause. ❤️

Today, Coalbie and Aaron from Growing Up Greene completed an incredible 67-mile journey along the Warrior Trail, but what makes this accomplishment so special is the purpose behind every single step.

Their journey was about so much more than miles. It was about raising awareness and funds to help children right here in Greene County who are facing difficult circumstances. It's about helping create a safe place where they can find the support, resources, and the hope they need to build a brighter future.

We were fortunate enough to be among those gathered at the end of the trail to welcome them and cheer them on. What an incredible moment to witness!

It takes determination to walk 67 miles, but it takes a special kind of heart to do it for others. ❤️

Coalbie and Aaron, congratulations on an amazing accomplishment! Your dedication, compassion, and willingness to go the extra mile, quite literally, are an inspiration.

Your insurance company actually WANTS your costs to rise. Here's why:

Under the Affordable Care Act, insurance companies are limited by the Medical Loss Ratio (MLR). This means they can only keep about 15–20% of your premium for profit and overhead, and 20% of a $2,000 premium is more money than 20% of a $1,000 premium.

It's just math.

When you call the carrier (or us), having an evidence toolkit ready helps get your car back on the road faster.

This consists of:
- Photos of the scene
- Date and exact time
- Descriptions of the intersection
- Contact info of those involved

Whether it’s 2:00 PM or 2:00 AM, the goal is efficiency. You can start the process directly with the carrier, but remember: we're always in your corner to help you navigate what's next.

A $19 drug. A $273 bill. So where did the other $254 go?

Most business owners are happy with a 10% or 20% profit margin. But in the world of Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), that's just not enough.

Through a tactic called "Spread Pricing," PBMs negotiate a low price with the pharmacy and then charge your health plan a massive markup. We’ve seen instances where a drug costing $17 is sold for $19 at the counter, but the employer is billed $273.

That isn't just a service fee, that's pure profit for a middleman. From drugs to prosthetics, markups of 600% to 3,000% are the reality of modern healthcare. Does that make sense to anyone? We don't think so.
