When asked about the most important part of my role as a benefit counselor, I emphasize the need for employees to fully grasp their employer's benefits. To achieve this, I engage in personalized consultations, attentively listen to their concerns, and offer customized advice based on their unique requirements. Bridging the knowledge gap is essential, and providing expert benefits consultations is key.

I can partner with employers and/or brokers to provide the true experience. For lots of our clients I fully handle open enrollment from start to finish along with meeting with new hires throughout the year lightening the load of HR so they can focus on other needs. I work hand I hand with the individual responsible for benefits to make sure everyone is informed and happy with the process.

Seeking Part-Time Contract Opportunities

I am currently seeking part-time contract opportunities and am interested in expanding my work as a Benefits Counselor and Enrollment Specialist.

I am looking to partner with brokerages, insurance agencies, and insurance carriers that have a need for experienced enrollers, benefit counselors, or enrollment support professionals. With extensive experience in employee benefits education, enrollment meetings, and benefits administration, I am well-equipped to assist organizations with both in-person and virtual enrollment projects.

In addition, I am available for project-based consulting and administrative support. Throughout my career, I have held a variety of roles within a local organization, including positions in Information Technology, Customer Service Management, Human Resources, and as Assistant to the Controller. These experiences have provided me with a diverse skill set and a strong understanding of business operations.

My professional interests include employee development, process improvement, project management, and leadership coaching. Most recently, I worked with a company in the Carrollton area to assist an employee with time management strategies and management skill development, helping to improve workplace effectiveness and professional growth.
