Join our team! DCCU is looking for an experienced professional to join our Mortgage team as a Mortgage Operations Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring all aspects of the mortgage pipeline process, including underwriting, closing, funding, and post-closing. You will develop and implement training for mortgage employees; conduct research to analyze and solve problems; and ensure that all mortgage loans are of excellent quality. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or three years of equivalent mortgage experience. They will have a minimum of three years in mortgage underwriting and processing, preferably in a supervisory role. A comprehensive knowledge of residential mortgage processing, underwriting, disclosure, closing, and funding procedures is required and experience with Encompass software is preferred.
