In this role, you’ll provide exceptional service to our members through telephone inquiries including deposit and loan accounts. Earlier this week, we joined Just Because to help pack school supply kits with supplies donated to Shenandoah County teachers. These kits will help ease the financial burden teachers face as they stock their classrooms this school year. We’re always happy to lend a hand and support our community.

Team DCCU is growing! We are currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Underwriting and Operations Supervisor to join our Mortgage team. They will be responsible for monitoring the loan operations pipeline from start to finish, providing support in all areas of the process as needed. They’ll partner with credit union departments to ensure loans are closed in a timely manner and that members are satisfied. This person will also develop and implement processes, procedures, and training for the Mortgage Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or three years equivalent experience in a related field, and a minimum of three years’ experience in a supervisory role.
