I know policyholders may have experienced flood damage. Here is useful information to report it. I encourage you to complete these steps for assistance.

Last evening's storm wreaked havoc on the Waynesboro area, causing damage to roads and property. Local and state officials are ready to support our neighbors to get their lives back on track.

The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) is urging people who experienced property damage to report it. Impacted residents are encouraged to photograph and document all damage, and work with their insurance companies. Residents of Waynesboro can email [email protected] to report damages so the borough can coordinate with PEMA and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Damages can also be reported to the Franklin County Emergency Management Coordinator at 717-264-2813.

State and local officials are also out assessing damages. If you have questions about the legitimacy of someone asking about your property, please ask for identification. Government officials will always have ID and be happy to show it to you.
