🎓 Two of our employees graduated from Leadership Wayne this spring: Jessica Dobias, our Customer Relations Representative, and Shelby Wilcox, our part-time Teller, also employed with White Farmhouse Realty. Our bank has now had 12 employees, past and present, graduate from this program, helping our community grow and prosper.

Meet our latest member of the bank family, Faith Syltie! 🤩

Faith is our new Customer Relations Representative at the main bank. You'll see her right when you walk through our doors. A few fun facts about Faith:

💠 She's a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and most recently worked as the social media manager at the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission.
💠 She's a native of Carroll, NE, and just moved into a farm there with her husband.
💠 She loves the outdoors, reading on her Kindle, gardening, and spending time with family. Be sure to ask her for tips on how to make sourdough bread!

Colson is a Wayne High grad who will be a sophomore this fall at Wayne State College, majoring in Finance. He spent his freshman year at Morningside University in Sioux City, where he played on the basketball team. Colson is happy to be back in Wayne America. 💙
