✨TEAM MEMBER SPOTLIGHT ✨

We couldn't think of a better way to wrap up our Team Member Spotlight series than by highlighting Coleton.💙

Many of you may know Coleton as one of Brett and Tiffany's sons. Over the past couple of months, he has stepped up to help support both his family and the agency during these unforeseen circumstances, and we are incredibly grateful for everything he has done.

As Coleton gets ready to begin his college journey at Elmira College, where he'll be studying Biology on a pre-med track, we couldn't be more proud of him. He has also earned his life insurance license, adding another accomplishment to his journey and giving him valuable experience that we know will serve him well in the future.

Coleton has shown so much dedication, and willingness to step up when his family and the agency needed him most. We know Brett would be incredibly proud of him.

We're excited to see all that Coleton accomplishes in the future. While we're excited to see him pursue his dreams, we certainly hope we'll have him back here at the agency someday! 🙂

This week, we're excited to shine the spotlight on Penny! ✨

Penny is the team member who has been here the longest. She has become an important part of our agency, in her role as our Office Manager and Licensed Insurance Agent.

A little about Penny:
• Penny has 15 years of experience in insurance and enjoys helping our clients find the coverage that fits their needs.
• As our Office Manager, she helps keep things running smoothly and is always willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
• Penny brings her knowledge and dedication, to the office each day.

Outside of work, Penny loves spending time with her family. She and her husband, Kevin, raised their kids right here in the Valley, and some of her favorite memories are made watching and cheering on sports together. When she’s not enjoying a game with her family, you’ll often find Penny getting lost in a good book and enjoying lively conversations with her book club. 📚🏀

We're so grateful to have Penny as part of our team and appreciate all the experience, encouragement, and dedication she brings to our agency!

Over the next several weeks, we’re introducing you to the incredible people who make up our agency. After introducing Tiffany last week, this week we’re excited to shine the spotlight on Victoria! ✨

Victoria joined our agency a little over a year ago and has quickly become an important part of our team. As an Agent & Marketing Specialist, she enjoys helping our clients and being part of the day-to-day work that keeps our agency moving.

A little about Victoria:
🎓 Victoria graduated from Waverly High School and went on to earn her Associate’s degree in Business Administration & Management from Corning Community College.

📜 She is licensed in both Property & Casualty and Life Insurance, and is also a Notary Public.

💙 Victoria is always willing to jump in and help wherever she’s needed, bringing her positive attitude and dedication to everything she does.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and making memories with her mom, nieces, and nephews. 🌿📚❤️

We’re so grateful to have Victoria on our team and excited for you to get to know her a little better!

Many of you may not know Tiffany yet. While many know her as Brett's wife, we wanted to take this opportunity to introduce her in her new role as the owner of Owen Insurance Agency. 💙

The past few months have brought challenges that none of us expected, and Tiffany has stepped in with dedication, strength, and a commitment to helping carry forward the agency Brett built.

Although this was not a journey she planned for, Tiffany is passionate about honoring Brett's legacy and continuing the values that were so important to him—honesty, integrity, education, and truly caring for the people we serve.

Tiffany will continue working in her current career while also providing guidance and support as the agency moves forward. With the help of our amazing team, she is committed to ensuring our clients continue to receive the same personal service and care they've always known.

Over the past few months, our agency has been navigating a difficult season following the loss of our owner, Brett. During this time, we've been focused on supporting his family while continuing to provide the service our clients have come to know and trust.
We want to sincerely thank our clients, friends, and community for your patience, your understanding, and your kind words. Your support has meant more than you know.

As we move forward, we want you to know that our doors remain open, our team is here, and our commitment to protecting what matters most to you has never changed.

In the coming weeks, we'll be sharing more about our team, our agency, and ways we can continue serving our community. We're grateful to have you with us as we begin this next chapter together.

Coleton and Victoria had the opportunity to visit Mr. Zwick's Driver's Ed class to talk with students about the importance of auto insurance, safe driving, and being prepared before hitting the road. Thank you, Mr. Zwick, for the opportunity to connect with the next generation of drivers. We hope everyone learned something valuable and stays safe out there! 🚗👏

As we continue through this incredibly difficult time, our family wants to thank each and every one of our clients for holding us close in your hearts, and for the prayers, messages, kindness, and support you have shown.

Brett loved each and every one of you. Owen Insurance was never just a business to him, it was family. He poured his heart into serving others, building relationships, and making sure people felt cared for.

Our office will be open today through Thursday and will be closed Friday as we come together to celebrate Brett’s life. We will reopen on Monday, June 1st.

Please know that Owen Insurance has an amazing family behind it. Our agents, Penny and Victoria, are not just part of our team, they are part of our family, and alongside us, they will continue providing the care, compassion, and service you have always known.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing beside us during this time. We love you all, and we know Brett would be deeply grateful for the outpouring of love shown to our family.
