Although our Derksen Portable buildings are very affordable, we realize that sometimes you would like a little larger building or a useful option or two that increases the final price of your chosen building.
Here are some handy tips for getting your dream building.
1. If you are making mortgage payments already, you can often add onto an existing mortgage. Quicken Loans and Rocket Loans are good selections for a possible refinancing of your existing mortgage but beware as interest rates may be higher than what you are already paying. A home equity loan ( #2) may be your best option.
2. Obtaining a personal loan is not all that difficult and if your vehicle is paid off, you may be able to use that title or some equity that you have in your home as collateral.
3. A new credit card may give you enough to pay for the extras that you want but is a little less desirable due to higher interest rates, but with careful management you can actually increase your credit score substantially with a new credit card.
4. www.shedloans.com is a good lender that would have rates similar to a credit card.
5. Rent to Own is an easy, sure fire way to get that shed but, honestly, is your most expensive choice. It would be good for a short term if you are getting a windfall of cash in the near future.
6. Cash is always King!
