I graduated from Coe College with degrees in business administration and public relations, and later graduated with honors from Oklahoma City University with a Master's of Business Administration degree. I am married to my wife, DeAnn, and have two daughters, Pearl and Margaret. Originally from Baxter, IA, I spent 13 years living in various places around the U.S. I enjoy traveling, sports, live music and reading. Active in our church and in the community, I am a member of Waverly Kiwanis Club, the Waverly Chamber of Commerce, and sit on the Investment Committee for the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa.
