I hope everybody fared well but those of you that did not and need to put a claim in and you cannot reach anyone on the regular business numbers you can give this number a call or text 601-985-7717. Please make sure to have your policy number, name that the policy is under and current cell phone number, email address and also inform them you were with Countrywide. That will help Bridgeway find your policy and process your claim easier.

We are excited to let our customers know, we have a new agent working with us, my son, Tyler Hooten, he will be filling in for me as I start my new career as a real estate sales person. Please contact me if you are interested in buying or selling your home or property.

Also our 2nd major announcement, we have now officially closed down our Waveland location and are 100% working remotely from our homes.
Our new direction may not be compatible with some of our customers and we regret that but in this day and age with the technology that is available it is time to move progressively toward living ours lives instead of living at an office.
So far we have had great encouragement with our internet savy customers who know they can reach us via phone (working hours) voice mail, text and email. We are also available on zoom and skype if needed. We do want to continue serving your insurance needs and we will still be there when you need us.

3rd We are looking for an insurance licensed agent in P&C who has a cell phone, computer and internet access to write and service auto, boat and recreational vehicle insurance from their home. If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact me for details.

Coming soon...an application you can put on your phone and be able to view all your proof of insurance on the products you have purchased with payment capabilities and text logs for accurate communication.

For those of you who say you cannot leave a message you’re not trying to and do not blame us when you do not leave a message or spread around Facebook that nobody calls back or answers phones. That is not true!
We’re working too hard for people not to take the time and adjust to this new way of doing business and not being patient. You know, I have a family too that I am trying to provide for and keep safe and we depend 100% on my business and if your not taking responsibility to contact us properly or you feel you should not have to do that, maybe instead of lying and slandering my business, find another agent to help you the way you want to be helped.
I 100% understand if that is the road you would want to take. It doesn’t make you wrong and it doesn’t make me wrong, it just preference.

For those of you who get your news off of Facebook I do want to inform any of my customers that I am open, my location is closed. If you are trying to contact me, I have hired someone to answer phone calls three days a week Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 10 AM to 3 PM since the COVID. Due to the fact that I am the only agent working my book of business, with just 1 assistant answering and prioritizing phone calls for me, I am not taking on any new business at this time unless you are already insured with me with your home and/or business and just maintaining business we already have. If you call our office and leave a message my assistant will call you back but you have to listen to the message to leave a message in order for her to see your message because it comes up on our email.

We ask for your patience and understanding as we are low on staff during a very busy hurricane season.

This business is currently active but no longer have the need to service clients face to face via our Waveland office. However if you have access to email we can still offer insurance products to you.
