Last Saturday, Team Equitable joined the Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon - 5K Kindness Challenge, walking the Hoan Bridge in support of This Time Tomorrow Foundation.

This Time Tomorrow Foundation finds creative and meaningful ways to bring hope, help and a little extra kindness to individuals and families facing cancer. Through its Random Acts of Kindness program, TTT provides surprise financial grants to help ease some of the burdens that can come with treatment.

The Kindness Challenge is just one of the ways they bring people together to raise funds and awareness — and bring a whole lot of good to the cancer community.

If you’re looking for a way to get involved, support their mission or see some of the other creative ways TTT is making a difference, take a look at what they’re doing.

Our Waterford team was happy to provide secure document shredding at today’s Lions Club of Waterford Wisconsin Recycle Event.

Safely disposing of documents containing account numbers, Social Security numbers and other personal information is a simple but important step in helping protect yourself from identity theft and fraud.

Doing some fall cleanout?

Join the Lions Club of Waterford Wisconsin this Sunday, October 4, from 11 AM–4 PM for its community Recycle Event in Waterford.

The Equitable Bank will be there providing secure collection for documents to be shredded, along with other community organizations collecting electronics, unused medications, eyeglasses, hearing aids, printer cartridges, new or gently used shoes and more.

That’s at the heart of the This Time Tomorrow Foundation and its Random Acts of Kindness. The foundation brings people together to create moments of joy, relief and encouragement for individuals and families going through cancer treatment.

Team Equitable is coming together once again to support the Kindness Challenge as part of the Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon 5K on October 3.
