Thanks to a generous $84,000 contribution to Boys & Girls Clubs of Wisconsin, Marshfield Clinic is helping us create safe, healthy spaces for kids across central and northern Wisconsin! This meaningful investment will support vital programs, from youth mental health and fitness to food security and substance abuse prevention, for the young people we serve.

Marshfield Clinic continues to demonstrate a commitment to youth health and proving that when health systems and Clubs unite, we can keep our communities strong!

Michaels Stores wants to help celebrate Club kids on Sunday, June 7th! Together, The Boys & Girls Club of America and Michaels have been fundraising to help support arts programs in Clubs across the country, and now it's time to party! Michaels invites Clubs Members, friends and families to attend the June 7 event from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. at Michaels Crafts, 226507 Rib Mountain Dr, Wausau., for an afternoon of cookie decorating, scavenger hunts, balloon sculptures and exclusive sales!

Thank you to Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin's Youth Philanthropy program participants for believing in the importance and impact of mentoring young people in our community! The Club is proud to be selected as one of this year's grantees and grateful for the suport to provide individual mentors to kids and teens. WE'RE GETTING READY: Youth Development Staff are working hard to prepare for Club Members' return on Friday, June 5th when summer programming will begin at 11:30 a.m. Training includes how to be good program leaders - and also how to be responsive mentors, prioritize safety and security, and make sure Members are getting the best experience possible at the Club!

Summer programming runs from June 5th through August 21st at the Caroline S. Mark Site, 1710 N. 2nd Street, Wausau. Our summer hours are 6:45 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
