Soon after graduating college, Aleks moved back to Milwaukee and accepted a position with M&I Wealth Management. Now as a Wealth Management Advisor with Northwestern Mutual, Aleks is currently an active member of the Leadership Team. Aleks started as a team captain with the College Financial Representative Program, and is currently a Field Director where he will be responsible for the development
of new financial representatives into highly professional and successful individuals. Aleks and his team focus on building the practice to serve business owners, executives, physicians and other medical professionals, as well as families. He deeply enjoys the ability to impact the lives of others and help his clients achieve their financial dreams. After a fast start to his career, Aleks decided to partner with his mentor John Glowacki. Soon after he also brought Matt Nickel on board as an associate advisor and client engagement coordinator. Aleks found that this team approach gave his clients a more strategic approach to their planning. John's years of experience alongside Aleks'passion to serve others has created a multi-generational and synergistic planning team where clients can be assured the team strives to provide the best possible experience throughout these conversations.
