Psychology is easy when you keep it simple.

Thoughts create emotions.
Emotions create behavior.
Behavior reinforces your thoughts.

That’s why mental training matters just as much as physical training.
Ask yourself:
What thoughts help you during the long training hours right now?
Which emotions do they create?
And what behavior do they lead to?

I like to think of every training as a brick in the endurance house I’m building.
The only bad bricks are the ones I didn’t lay.
Every step you take is progress — even the slow, messy ones.
