Visit the City of Watervliet on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2023, to celebrate a full day of holiday magic! The celebration starts at noon with the 2023 Snow Royalty Pageant; afternoon events include a Holiday Bazaar from 1-5, Christmas cookie decorating, and live Mannequins in store windows from 6pm to 7:30pm.
