We are deeply saddened to learn of the recent fire affecting our local business community at Robbins Lumber. ⚠️ Member Alert: Fraudulent Text Messages (Smishing Scam) ⚠️
We’ve been made aware of a recent scam targeting members.
Some individuals have reported receiving text messages from the number 86975 that include the last four digits of their credit card. In at least one case, after responding to the text, the member received a phone call where the caller attempted to collect personal information, such as a home address.
At this time, there are no confirmed fraudulent transactions, but these messages are attempts to gather sensitive information.
What you should know:
KSW Federal Credit Union will never ask for sensitive information (like full card numbers, PINs, or personal details) through unsolicited texts or calls.
Fraudsters may already have partial information and will try to gain your trust.
What you should do:
Do not respond to unexpected text messages about your account.
Do not provide personal or financial information to unknown callers.
If you receive a suspicious message, delete it immediately.
If you’re unsure, contact KSW directly using a trusted phone number.
If you believe you may have shared information or have concerns about your account, please contact us right away so we can help protect you.

Today is the day we celebrate an incredible milestone.

After 41 years of dedication, commitment, and hard work, Deseree is beginning a well-earned retirement from KSW Federal Credit Union. Over the decades, she has been a steady presence through times of change and challenge, always showing resilience, professionalism, and care for those around her.

Deseree’s contributions have played a meaningful role in the continued success of KSW. Her work, her attitude, and her dedication have left a lasting impact that will not be forgotten.
