Memorial Day is not a normal workday.

At least not for me.

It is a remember-and-recenter day.

Some people carried costs we will never fully understand.

Some gave up years we get to live inside of now.

Some did not come home.

So today, I am holding the work differently.

Not quitting.

Not drifting.

Just remembering.

Building well is one small way to honor what came before us.

Something I am sitting with this morning.

I am really good at fixing things.

The schedule.
The systems.
The routines.

And for a minute, it feels like progress.

But the process can be fine.

The aim underneath is what is off.

A clean system can still run me to the wrong destination.

So I am not asking how to optimize today.

I am asking:

Is what I am doing forming me?
Or just keeping me busy?

Identity is the lever.
Process is the path.
The goal is just the receipt.

What is your daily process forming you into?

I spent $97 to fix AI drift

But I didn't have an AI problem

I had a foundation problem

That became obvious in 48 hours

I'd been stacking tools

Saving prompts

Re-explaining context every session

Asking AI to remember things I had never properly structured

That's AI drift:

When your prompts, docs, and systems keep mutating

So nothing matches anymore

And somehow I ended up with 80+ documents

All almost right

All slightly different

All annoying as hell to manage

Tools amplify what is already there

If the foundation is unstructured

AI amplifies the chaos

If the foundation is clear

AI amplifies the system

Most founders are buying better tools

When they really need a better foundation

Because the way you build for yourself

Is the way you'll build for clients

Messy inputs become messy delivery

Unclear context becomes unclear output

Unstructured thinking becomes double work later

And suddenly the tool you bought to save time

Creates another thing you have to manage

That was the lesson

The foundation has to come first

Not after the prompt library

Not after the automation

Not after the next AI tool

First

Are your AI tools actually helping you move faster?

Or are they just making the mess easier to reproduce?

Faith-driven founder:

If business feels heavy this morning, pause before you push.

You may not need more pressure.

You may need reconnection.

I use this 4-question reset when business starts to drag.

It helps me find where I am forcing, drifting, or building from fumes instead of alignment.

The shift is simple.

Purpose first. Peace next. Profit follows.

I turned this into a one-page worksheet you can walk through before the week starts running you.

DM me RESET and I will send it over to

You do not have six problems in your business.

You have one.

The other five are symptoms.

Every business stuck under $10K/month has a bottleneck in one of these six places:

Nobody is finding you.
Revenue is unpredictable.
Your offer requires convincing.
No path from follower to client.
No proof anyone got results.
You ARE the entire business.

The one that makes you uncomfortable is the one costing you the most.

I mapped out each bottleneck and the exact fix for each one.

Which number is yours? Be honest with yourself. That honesty is the beginning of your next level.

The constraint you are avoiding is the constraint that is costing you the most.

There are only 4 places revenue gets stuck.

Lead flow. Conversion. Delivery. Retention.

That is it. Not forty. Four. 🔥

Most entrepreneurs are trying to fix all four at the same time. New content for leads. New scripts for sales. New systems for delivery. New offers for retention.

All at once. All half-built. None of them working.

One founder I talked to last week had plenty of leads coming in. But nobody was following up. Revenue was leaking out of lever two while he spent 80% of his time rebuilding lever three.

When he moved his attention to the one lever that was actually broken, revenue moved in the same month.

The shift is not doing more. It is finding which one of the four is actually broken and fixing that one first.

Which of the four do you think is broken in your business right now? Drop it below. 👇

Three real entrepreneurs. Three different constraints. All stuck at the same revenue. 🔥

One had three offers running. None converting well. The constraint was not the offers. It was that his attention was split three ways and none got enough focus to work.

One was posting content every day across five platforms. Getting likes. Getting followers. Zero revenue from any of it. The constraint was not visibility. It was that there was no next step after someone saw the content.

One was buying course after course trying to learn what she was missing. The constraint was not knowledge. It was that she already knew enough and had never stopped learning long enough to build.

The pattern is always the same. The constraint is never what you think it is. And it is almost always simpler than you expect.

What do you think yours might be? Drop it below. 👇

New week. Same goals as last Monday?

Or completely different goals. Again.

I talk to entrepreneurs making $5K-$20K/month and I see the same Monday pattern over and over.

They start the week with 3 new priorities. None of them are the same as last week's priorities. Nothing from last week carried over because something newer and shinier showed up.

Or they know exactly what to work on but they spend Monday morning in email, scrolling, "planning" around the real task. Never actually doing it.

Or they're about to add something new. A tool. A platform. A system. Before finishing what they started 2 weeks ago.

Last week I challenged myself to remove instead of add. To finish instead of switch.

Which pattern sounds familiar to you this Monday? Drop it below. Curious what this room is carrying into the week.

"Just be consistent."

How many times have you heard that?

So you posted every day. Showed up everywhere. Said yes to every opportunity that came your way.

And your revenue still didn't move.

Here's what nobody tells you: consistency only works when you're consistent with the right thing.

I've watched faith-driven entrepreneurs do all the "right things" for months and stay stuck at the same number. Not because they were lazy. Because they were consistently doing the wrong things.

Posting to an audience that isn't buying. Launching a new offer every quarter. Saying yes to everything because no feels like failure.

The ones who break through don't do more. They do less, longer.

What's one thing you've been "consistent" with that hasn't moved the needle? Drop it below. I bet this room has some honest answers today.

I keep having the same conversation with entrepreneurs making $5K-$20K/month.

They think the problem is revenue. It's not.

Here's a quick exercise I walk people through:

Look at everything you did last week. Now cross off anything that didn't directly lead to revenue.

What's left?

Almost nothing left? Your constraint is focus. You were busy but not productive.

1-2 things left but they didn't work? Your constraint is ex*****on. Right priorities, wrong approach.

Nothing left because you switched directions mid-week? Your constraint is finishing.

I've done this exercise myself more times than I'd like to admit. It's uncomfortable. But it's the fastest way to see what's really going on.

Try it right now. What survived the cross-off? I'm curious what this room finds.
