I have seen a lot of policies come to me with little to no medical limit. This is an important coverage to have on your auto policy!! You select the limit- our base limit offered at our agency is $10,000 and that’s each person injured in your vehicle. It’s deductible free-once this limit is surpassed, it goes to the parties insurance that is liable for damages/injuries sustained and or your health insurance-Depending on circumstance! 💥

I think this is a misconception for many and we love to educate our clients so that they know what they have in coverage and why before an incident occurs!! 😊

Be smart my friends-If your sump is running crazy now, I’d really think about getting Flood Insurance THIRTY (30) days prior to thaw time come spring! ☀️💦
Farmers Almanac states we will be ass deep in snow with frigid temps, yikes!

It’s the last Amazon Prime Day!! I highly recommend you look up a front and rear dash cam-they almost all are on quite a sale!
A lot of times in an accident it’s ‘he said she said’ unless there are witnesses or its plain as day BUT there is a lot of times its a gray area, for example-An unmarked intersection, hit & run, parking lot..to eliminate any questions & have facts—get a dash cam 🤗

Storm season is upon us..just a reminder that if you get a knock on your door to check out your damage and they extend their clipboard for you to ‘just sign here’…shut the door & RUN!! You are likely signing for the company to retain a percent or portion of the claim amount!!
These are the types of companies we don’t want doing business here. They should be licensed, bonded and insured at the very least. Having a local office in the off season is important to me also but you’re free to use who you’d like!
•Take photos of any and all damage right away!!
•Mitigate any possible further damage (if a window gets broke out, don’t just leave it-put up a tarp.
•Retain any and ALL receipts

We pray for a year of no severe damage for all!! 🙏🫶🏼

🚨PLEASE READ & SHARE🚨

If you lend out your vehicle, you are lending out your insurance!!

If you lend it out to someone not listed on your policy as a rated driver, a lot of companies are utilizing "Drop down limits."

This means if you let me borrow your vehicle, I am subject to State Minimum coverage NOT your policy limit. That is only $25,000 per person $50,000 each accident in coverage. Take a drive through a car lot once, average vehicle is much more than $50K. Not to mention medical bills, ambulance ride etc. It adds up and would surpass these limits quite fast.

We give & take favors without even thinking-when insurance is involved, those days are over!
Please think twice before lending out your vehicle, it would get messy QUICK should something happen even when you think you are doing them a favor, saying no, protects everyone!

Companies have guidelines and they are always changing! One that is pretty consistent and becoming a standard- After so many said years, your roof settlement changes from Replacement Cost {What it costs to replace your roof} to Actual Cash Value {it gets depreciated due to the age} Some companies threshold starts at 7 years, 9 years, 11 years, 15 years etc!
A lot of people have replaced their roof due to the hail, it is wise that if you turned in a claim to make the replacement or repair that was recommended and ensure your agent updated the roof year appropriately!
Some companies require a higher deductible on wind or hail if you have an older roof as well. Know your policy and if you have questions, inquire with your Agent! 🙂
