Real Estate Inside Sales Reps
We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities:
--Complete end of day reports to quantify results and provide further insight for management
--Build rapport with leads and learn to identify the difference between an investment lead and a retail lead
--Qualify incoming leads to determine best fit and eventually learn to set appointments for our investment specialists and our sales specialists
--Use CRM to provide detailed notes on your conversations with leads and enable our underwriting team and appointment setters to accurately organize our leads
--Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the appropriate sales pipeline
Qualifications:
--Fluent English speaking (bilingual Spanish speaker a plus)
--Superb interpersonal and communication skills
--1+ year experience in telemarketing or customer service (real estate specific a plus)
