Girls practice will continue for the month of July ( Tuesday/ Thursday 6:00-7:30 ) as we prepare for the upcoming Girls Freestyle Duals in Clayton. Very rewarding to watch how hard the group has been working and continuing to improve. Huge thank you to the Coach Jewett and Coach Ryley Monica that have been volunteering their time to help these athletes. Consistently we’ve had a group of 10 to 15 girls from the frontier league , Syracuse area and even a few summer visitors. ( One from Colorado) This opportunity wouldn’t be possible without the support of the Club owner and all those being willing to give back in an effort to grow. Any girls looking to get on a team for the duals are welcome to reach out and we’ll do our best to help. Thank you

Congratulations to our Coda Bear ( Clifford) for finally accomplishing his goal of being a nyway state champ. For many years he came up short but always worked hard while most of his teammates/partners won. Well he did it this year..in stacked bracket. Be on the lookout for this one. Great Job
