Big congrats to Ryan and Yoorim on the purchase of their first home! 🏡

Ryan and I go way back to the mid-90s when we went to Pinckney Middle School together. After 8th grade, he moved to Ypsilanti and we lost touch. I honestly can't believe it’s been about 30 years since I last saw him.

Fast forward many years later, and thanks to the power of social media, Ryan reached out about a year ago to see if I could help them get pre-approved for a home.

Today was the day! Ryan and Yoorim signed their closing documents and officially became homeowners. And the coolest part? I finally got to meet Yoorim in person today for the first time!

A big thank you to Miriam Ripple for helping Ryan and Yoorim throughout the process. And, in another funny twist, Miriam actually went to high school with Ryan. Such a small world!

I love this business for so many reasons, but getting the opportunity to reconnect with people I haven't seen in decades and then help them purchase their first home has to be one of the best parts.

Congratulations, Ryan and Yoorim! I’m so happy for you both! 🎉🏡

Closing day!

Today I had the pleasure of closing with our newest first-time homebuyers, Carlos and Elizabeth.

Elizabeth signed yesterday in Maryland, and today they officially became Michiganders!

They’re relocating to the Metro Detroit area and, believe it or not, they really haven’t spent much time in Michigan before making the move. That makes this one pretty special.

Carlos and Elizabeth, welcome to Michigan!
We’re happy to have you here and I hope you love it as much as we do. Congratulations on the new home and this next chapter!

And a big thank you to Stacey Walden with the Perna Team. Stacey and I met at a networking event about two years ago, and this was the first time we had the chance to work together.
She absolutely knocked it out of the park! Great communication, took great care of her clients, and made the process a lot easier for everyone involved.
