🏡 JUST SOLD! 🔑 But this one was bigger than just a closing.

Over a year ago, a client reached out during a major life transition, unsure of what his next move should be. We explored his options, came up with a game plan, and ultimately got his home SOLD! 🙌🏾 But here’s the part I’m most proud of… my job didn’t stop at closing. September’s numbers are in:
🔑 Single-family median sold price: $312,500
🏘️ Condo median: $210,000
📊 Two- to four-family median: $377,500

For rentals that closed in September, monthly medians were $1,725 for two bedrooms and $1,928 for three bedrooms. These reflect completed rentals, not current availability.
